Contacting HMRC – £200

This fee is for us to contact HMRC on your behalf.

Please note that all correspondence will be done with HMRC in writing.  We will send an initial letter, 4 weeks later we will send a follow up letter, and after 8 weeks (from the initial letter date) we will escalate this as a complaint with HMRC. No telephone calls will be made to HMRC on your behalf.

All letters that we send will be tracked, and copies of the letters, along with tracking numbers can be provided on request.

Whilst we will do our best to resolve your query with HMRC, we cannot be held responsible if our attempts do not resolve your issue, as we do not have any control over how HMRC operates.  It can also take HMRC many weeks and in some cases months to respond, so please be patient.

Please note :- 

  • we are only able to assist existing clients
  • we are unable to deal with requests to change your tax code with HMRC
  • this fee does not include us answering mutilple emails / calls from yourself asking for a progress update
